1. Name of the Vacant Post: Management Trainee (Engineering) (38 positions)
A. Mechanical: 14 posts
B. Civil: 7 posts
C. Electrical: 5 posts
D. Chemical: 12 posts
Pay Scale: Rs.24900-50500/-
Eligibility Criteria: A Full time Engineering Degree i.e. B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engineering) in the relevant fields.
2. Name of the Vacant Post: Management Trainee (HR) (08 positions)
Pay Scale: Rs.24900-50500/-
Eligibility Criteria: A Full time MBA/MSW/Equivalent PG course.
Age Limits: up to 25 years (as on 01-07-2013). Upper age is relaxable as per the govt. rules.
Selection Procedure: The selection methodology will comprise of Written Test and Interview. The candidates short-listed in the written test shall only be eligible to appear for interview.
Scheme of Written Examination: Written test will comprise of two sections - (i) Technical section comprising of 100 questions related to qualifying degree And (ii) General Aptitude section comprising of 50 questions covering Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, Reasoning and English Language. Each question shall carry 1 mark and 1/4th mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. The test will be in English language. Duration of test will be of 02 hours.
How to Apply: Candidates are requested to read the complete instruction hereunder before applying. Only the eligible candidates need to apply online. No other mean/ mode of application will be accepted. A step-by-step guide has been provided in the link, given below.
Application Fee: Candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to pay a registration fee of Rs.300/-. State Bank of India has been authorized to collect the registration fee, in a specially opened account (No. 32298420483) (Branch Code: 09996). Candidates have to approach a SBI branch with a printout of the “Pay-in-slip” to pay the fee. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
