Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is the authorized agency to conduct competitive exams for filling up the posts of Officers (in various scales) and Office Assistants in RRBs. IBPS holds written online test and personal interview for the selection of Officers (various scales) whereas the posts of Office Assistant are filled by conducting written exam only. IBPS conducts Officers Scale-I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) CRP RRBs which is a two tier exam i.e. the online examination is held in two phases, preliminary and mains. Candidates who apply for Scale-II (Generalist and Specialists) and Scale-III are appear for a single online examination only. Interview is conducted only for the posts of Officers Scale.
