Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold a Combined All India Open Examination for recruitment to vacant posts of Junior Hindi Translators (in Subordinate Offices), Hindi Pradhyapak in Central Hindi Training Institute and Senior/Junior Translators under Ministry of Defence. Post No.1: Junior Hindi Translator (in Subordinate Offices)
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
Upper Age Limit: 30 years as on 01/01/2014

Post No.2: Senior Translator (in Ministry of Defence)
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-
Upper Age Limit: 30 years as on 01/01/2014

Post No.3: Junior Translator (in Ministry of Defence)
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
Upper Age Limit: 30 years as on 01/01/2014

Post No.4: Hindi Pradhyapak (in Central Hindi Training Institute)
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4800/-
Upper Age Limit: 30 years as on 01/01/2014

How to Apply:  The applications should be addressed to the Regional Office of the SSC  for a particular test center/state where candidate wants to apply as stated in the detailed official recruitment advertisement.

Application Fee: Fee is Rs.100/- for Unreserved Category Candidates. Fee is exempted for all Women candidates and SC/ST/Physically Handicapped and Ex-Servicemen candidates. Fee should be paid using CRFS.

Important Dates:
1. The last date for receipt of application - 18/04/2014
2. Last date for those candidates who live in remote areas - 25/04/2014
