Post No.1: Geologist (260 positions)
• Geologist (Group-A) - 100
• Geophysicist (Group-A) - 80
• Chemist (Group-A) - 80
Age Limit: 21 to 32 years as on 01.08.2014
Qualification: Master degree in Science (M.Sc) in concerned specialty/subject

Post No.2: Geo-Scientist (05 positions)
• Junior Hydrologist (Scientist-B) - 05
Age Limit: 21 to 35 years as on 01.08.2014
Qualification: Master degree in Science (M.Sc) in Geology/Applied Geology/Marine Geology.

How to Apply: Eligible and interested candidates would be required to apply online only through the link provided below. Candidates applying for these Government Jobs, are required to download the system generated Provisional Registration Slip with unique registration number and other essential details for future usage. However there is no need to send printed copy of online submitted applications to UPSC.

Application Fee: Rs. 200/- for General and OBC Candidates. SC/ST/ PWD/Women candidates are exempted from paying the fee. Payment can be made through Online mode (net-banking/credit card/debit card) or “Pay by cash” at any branch of State Bank of India.
