1. Research Associate [1]
Qualification: Ph.D in Physics with 2 years of experience in Research, Teaching, and Design & Development
Salary: Rs. 24,000/- pm
Upper Age Limit: 30 Years as on 31/03/2014

2. Senior Research Fellow (P) [3]
Qualification:  Degree of Microwave Engineering OR Electronics Engineering OR Power Electronics Engineering
Salary: Rs. 18,000/- pm
Upper Age Limit: 32 Years as on 31/03/2014

3. Junior Research Fellow [2]
Qualification:  Graduate Degree in Engg/Technology in Material Science/Computer Science
Salary: Rs. 16,000/- pm
Upper Age Limit: 28 Years as on 31/03/2014

4. Junior Research Fellow [2]
Qualification: Graduate Degree in Engg/Technology in Electronics/Power Electronics
Salary: Rs. 16,000/- pm
Upper Age Limit: 28 Years as on 31/03/2014
