Qualification: A Graduate with Certificate/Diploma in Maintenance of Medical record
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300–34800 + GP 4300/-
Age Limit: 18 to 37 Years as on 01.01.2014

How to Apply and Availability of Application Forms: Application Forms can be obtained on cash payment of 500/- in respect of General Category candidates and 250/- in respect of Reserved Category candidates through the counters of J&K Bank opened in the offices of J&K Public Service Commission at Polo Ground, Srinagar/Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm on all working days. The application fee is sub-merged within the cost of application form.
