In partial modification to this office result notification published on 14.12.2013 the venue for conducting of type test for the post of Junior Account Assistant-Cum-Typist & Senior Clerk-cum-Typist has been changed from that of R.M. College of Education, Chowadhi Road, Sainik Colony, Jammu to that of National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology Jammu, (Formerly D.O.E.A.C.C Centre Jammu) New Campus, University of Jammu, Dr. Ambedkar Road, Jammu - 180006.
Further it is notified that the candidates can appear in typing test either on Computer or in Manual Type Writer as per their option. Candidates are requested to submit their option on the prescribed proforma attached with the call letter to this office by 'Speed post/registered post immediately.
The typing speed on Computer shall be 40 words per minute in English & 35 words per minute in Hindi (MANGAL FONT). If the candidates opt for Manual typewriter then, it is their sole responsibility to arrange and bring their own Hindi/English Typewriter in good & working condition. The required typing speed is 30 words-per minute In English & 25 words per minute in Hindi on Manual typewriter.
The other instructions/conditions will remain unchanged.
