Post Name: Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Assistant) (100 post)
Break-up of Posts: UR-43, SEBC-35, SC-10, ST-05, PH-07
Pay Scale: Rs 9700-21710/-
Age limit: 25 years for Unreserved, 30 years for SC/ST/SEBC, 35 years for Physically Handicap Candidates. (as on 03/12/2013)
Qualification: A Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university/Instt. The knowledge of basic Computer operation and English & Gujarati language is essential to these Assistant Jobs.
How to Apply: Candidates must apply only using prescribed application format. It is advisable that applicant should have fill up the application form in his/her own handwriting using Black/Blue ball point pen. The Xerox copies of requisite documents should be attached with application form. A list of such enclosures is provided below. The application envelop must be super-scripted with these words: "Application for the post(s) of__________________________". Applications (trough Registered Post (R.P. A.D.)), duly furnished in all respects should be sent to: Additional General Manager (HR), Paschim Gujarat Vij Co. Ltd., “Paschim Gujarat Vij Seva Sadan”, Nana Mava Main Road, Laxminagar, Rajkot - 360004 (Gujarat).
Documents to be Enclose: The copies of following documents are be submitted along with application form in support of candidature to these Govt. Jobs.
- Two Passport size Photographs (To be pasted on Application Format).
- School Leaving Certificate.
- Copy of Mark Sheets of all educational Certificates.
- Caste Certificate (If belonging to reserved category)
- Crossed Demand Draft (towards application fee).
- Medical Certificate (For Physical Handicapped Candidates).
- Death Certificate and affidavit as per given format on non judicial stamp of Rs. 20/- (For
Widow Candidates).
- Any Other relevant documents.
Selection Procedure: The candidates, who will be best suitable to these Sarkari Jobs, would be select on the basis of their performance in Written Test and/or Personal Interview. The question paper will be in English language only. If any candidate found involve in illegal activities, such as canvassing the selection committee, false reporting of testimonials etc, his/her candidature will be canceled immediately.
Application Fees: General/SEBC/PH candidates who wish to apply to this Sarkari Naukri, must have to enclose Application/Examination fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only). SC/ST Candidates are to pay the amount of Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty only) towards application fees. The amount of fee can be paid through Demand Draft drawn in favor of "“PGVCL, Rajkot". Candidates should write down their Name on the back side of the Demand Draft. Please note that fee is non-refundable.
Syllabus: The syllabus of the competitive exam for these Government Jobs will be as mentioned here-under;
Section-I: General Knowledge - 20% Marks
Section-II: English Language - 20% Marks
Section-III: Maths & General Science - 20% Marks
Section-IV: Analytical & Logical Reasoning - 20% Marks
Section-V: Computer Knowledge - 20% Marks
Job Location: Selected Candidate shall have to work any where under the jurisdiction area of Paschim Gujarat Vij Co. Ltd and he/she shall not be transferred from PGVCL to any other company.
