North-Eastern Hill University invites applications for admission to the Ph.D. courses in various subjects in the North-Eastern Hill University for the academic session commencing from August, 2013. The courses offered are as indicated below:-
Name of the Course: Ph.D.
Eligibility: Candidates with atleast 55% marks or equivalent at the Master‟s Degree level or equivalent will be eligible for admission to the Ph.D. Programme in the same or cognate subject.

The filled in application form alongwith the Demand Draft of the amount can be sent to the Head of respective department.Application Fee
Rs. 220/- (for General category of students) and Rs.110/- (for SC/ST category of students) through University Challan/Banker’s Cheque/Bank Draft drawn in favour of “North Eastern Hill University”.For admission to Ph.D. Programme the last date of submitting application shall be 14th September, 2013
