1. Name of the post: Field Supervisor
2. Region-wise vacancies: Southern Region (20 positions), Northern Region (20 positions)
3. Salary: A monthly remuneration of Rs.20000/- + EPF
4. Qualifications: A Three year duration Diploma in Electronics/Telecom/Communication/Electrical with minimum 55% marks and 3 years managerial/supervisory experience in the field of execution of Optical Fiber Cable based telecom Infrastructure Projects. Candidates with one year experience in the same field with BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Telecom/Communication/Electrical/IT/Computer Science or MCA are also eligible to apply.

Nature of Job

Candidates will be selected, initially for 3 years on contract basis; extendable further on mutual consent depending upon requirements of project and performance of the candidate. Selection procedure: The selection will be made through written test and /or interview of short-listed candidates at a place to be decided by Railtel.
