The scheme aims to develop agriculture and allied graduates as well as 10 + 2 students of agricultural stream to setup Agri-clinics and Agri-business Centres for self employment and to provide quality extension services to the farmers.
Any unemployed graduate/10+2 students/retired agriculture officer with educational/professional background of agriculture and allied areas is eligible to apply for the scheme.
